Beer Dinner

Great Northern Brewing and Tim Good of the Cuisine Machine present a five course dinner of local Flathead Valley fare paired with five of your favorite Great Northern Brewing beers.

First Course
Yak carpaccio on wonton crisp drizzled with ginger port reduction and curry chili oil, paired with Good Medicine Imperial Red Ale

Second Course
Spinach and arugula salad with Amaltheia goat cheese medallions, cashews, pea shoots, edible flowers with a fresh herb ranch dressing, paired with Wild Huckleberry Wheat Lager

Third Course
Black Star beer cheese soup in a bread bowl, garnished with popcorn, paired with Black Star Golden Lager

Fourth Course
Grilled leg of lamb over hearty greens and Montana barley, topped with rhubarb chutney and cilantro mint pesto, paired with Going to the Sun IPA

Fifth Course
Empire Builder Stout float with Sweet Peaks ice-cream and Glacier Distilling Wheatfish Whiskey whipped cream
